Registration is now open!

You can now access registration forms for your child(ren)'s school. 

New registration forms are used for:

• All new Pre-Kindergarten

• All new Grade 1-12 students

• All previous LCSD students who have transferred out and want to return to one of our schools

The new registration form will not be used for:

• Students who stay in the same school for the upcoming school year

• Students who are currently enrolled in our division and are transferring to another school. For example:

  • Elementary School to Middle School

  • Middle School to High School

  • Kindergarten to Grade 1

To register an international student, please contact Lakeland Catholic School Division -  Central Office at 780-826-3764.

If you are a new student or are a parent of a new student:

Create an account in SchoolEngage.

Once you have created an account, log in to SchoolEngage and click "Add Student" to add a new student. Fill out the required information. 

In order to register, a parent/guardian will need to fill out the necessary Registration Form. This information will be sent to the school. You will receive email updates as your form makes its way through the application process.

*Please note: if you already have a child registered with Lakeland Catholic Schools and you already have a School Engage Account, you can add a new student within your current School Engage Account.

If you are a returning student or parent of a returning student:

Access the Parent Portal in PowerSchool. 

From there, add your child(ren). After 24 hours your credentials from the Parent Portal will transfer to School Engage. Use the same credentials to log into SchoolEngage to complete the necessary registration forms.

In order to register your child, please ensure you have the following items:

• Birth Certificate or proof of citizenship 

• Any other pertinent information you would like to provide to the school.

Paper copies are also available at the schools or by stopping into the Lakeland Catholic School Division Central Office in Bonnyville (4810 – 46 St., Bonnyville (780) 826-3764).

It is recommended that the registration form be downloaded to your computer and then completed using Adobe Acrobat or Preview. The registration form can only be filled in using the browser tab in Firefox, Chrome, or Safari if your browser application is set up to read pdf documents using Adobe Acrobat.

Parents/Guardians: You will be called for a meeting with the principal. At that time, please bring a copy of your child's birth certificate.

Note: registration is not confirmed until you have met with the principal.
