This achievement highlights her commitment to empowering others and uplifting women’s leadership in education.

With a Master’s degree in Education, focusing on curriculum, teaching, and learning, Axani is dedicated to fostering leadership among her colleagues. Her tenacity and collaborative spirit have been instru

mental in enhancing the quality of Catholic education, creating an edifying environment for both staff and students. Known for leading prayers and delivering heartfelt, inspirational messages, she embodies the essence of a true disciple of Christ.

Lakeland Catholic Secretary-Treasurer Tessa Hetu states, “I have had the opportunity to work with Chantel, since I began with the Division in 2018, where she progressed from Principal to Deputy Superintendent during that time. She is a committed leader and has consistently modelled her dedication to Catholic Education. While her talents and leadership will be missed, I wish her the best in her future endeavors, and I am confident she will excel in her new role.”

“I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for the many years I have spent with Lakeland Catholic. The blessings I have received during my time with LCSD have greatly enriched my life and will always hold a special place in my heart. As I embark on this new chapter, I will cherish the relationships, lessons, and spirit of collaboration that have shaped my experience with Lakeland Catholic. It has truly been an honor to serve this wonderful community,” Axani reflected.
